Vision
Public speaking is not only an important skill, but also a wonderful gateway to personal growth. When we stand before a group to tell our story, we tend to feel as though we’re being scrutinized under a magnifying glass. Those who are prepared to peer through that magnifying glass, gain access to a wealth of information about themselves.
At Souls on Stage, we coach and train professionals at this intersection of public speaking and personal growth. It is at this intersection that we can find the key to speaking that is grounded in personal leadership and in connection with ourselves and with our audience. The story, the person and that person’s knowledge and experience then come together naturally on stage. We don’t just walk the talk, but we talk our walk.

Coaching
Do you need speaker coaching for an important speech, presentation or pitch? Or are you looking for next level coaching to zoom in on underlying personal issues and, in doing so, achieve more power and authenticity in the way you present yourself? Souls on Stage delivers custom programs for one-to-one coaching.
Moderator
Sometimes, an important meeting requires a moderator. Or perhaps you would prefer a discussion leader to steer the dialogue among energetic panelists, or a professional chairperson to host your next client conference.
Talks
Inspire your audience, your team or your organization with a talk about the topics that Souls on Stage specializes in. Talks can be given in both Dutch and English.
Trainings & Workshops
Our trainings and workshops have been tailored for different degrees of experience, from learning the fundamentals to diving into advanced training. Besides the open trainings organized at Souls on Stage, in-company trainings and workshops are also possible upon request.
The working language in these trainings and workshops is Dutch or English.
Fundamentals Training
In these introductory training programs, you learn the fundamentals of speaking with impact. The core theme throughout is connection. You in connection with your story, in connection with your audience and, last but not least, in connection with yourself.
Advanced Training
For everyone who has become familiar with the principles from the Fundamentals Training and feels the momentum to explore their skills on a deeper level. The Advanced Training is open for experienced professionals who are ready to add a new dimension to their personal development and the story they tell.
Coaching
Our coaching programs are designed for professionals who not only wish to further their skills as a speaker, but who also want to grow on a personal and professional level.
When you are new to Souls on Stage, we usually start the coaching program with a series in which we go through the fundamentals. After that, when you feel the potential for more growth, you can choose to follow up with either Next Level coaching or Advanced Training.
In addition to this type of coaching, we also offer pitch coaching. This is ideal when you really need to wow your client with a dynamite story.
Coaching sessions are given in Dutch and English.
Speaker Coaching
Together, we examine the content of your story, your presentation style and your body language. And how it feels for you to speak in front of a group or audience.
During three to four sessions, we work our way towards a concrete speech or presentation. A story that you feel connected to, a story that connects you to your audience.
Next Level Coaching
For professionals who have participated in speaker coaching and who are ready for further development as ‘the person behind the speaker’.
This coaching is also suitable for experienced professionals and executives who are interested to become more conscious of their leadership presence, and who want to learn to speak from a deeper level of their authentic selves. A great way to prepare for your next speech or presentation, or to take your personal leadership to the next level.
Pitch Coaching
Together we build the pitch that enables you and your team to hit a homerun for that new client or important assignment.
