Our Approach

At Souls on Stage, we don’t just coach you on your story or your presentation techniques. We look beyond that to the person behind the speaker: what is your experience when presenting in front of an audience? Where is the connection between you and your story? And how much of your ‘self’ are you willing to share with your audience?

Core themes are resonance and connection; how does the story resonate with the speaker, and how do the speaker and the story resonate with the audience?

This 'magical triangle' of connection between speaker-story-audience is the foundation for our trainings and coaching. In the Fundamentals Training ‘Speaking from Connection’, you learn and experience the cornerstones of this triangle first-hand.

Once you’ve become familiar with these cornerstones of speaking from connection and you’d like to add another layer of authenticity and impact to your presence on stage, there are various Advanced Trainings or Next Level one-to-one coaching for you to choose from.

Learning, experiencing and openness are central to our trainings and coaching. We work along the axis of self-insight. Providing context, exercises, reflecting and dialogue are techniques that we use.

In addition, we work with the most important resources available to us in the arena of public speaking: our analytical brain, our emotional sphere, our body. And, last but not least, our awareness that can keep track of what is happening in each of these resources.
