Next Level Coaching

Our in-depth coaching is intended for professionals who, after following the Fundamentals Training or speaker coaching with Souls on Stage, are keen to continue with their development of the ‘person behind the speaker’.

You have mastered the fundamentals of Speaking from Connection and/or you have considerable speaking experience. Along the way, you have run into internal obstacles that you would like to address. This could be persistent limiting thoughts or patterns that make it challenging for you to stay connected with yourself in certain work or personal situations.

In Next Level coaching, we examine the different ways you are still subconsciously ‘sabotaging’ yourself and preventing you from showing up from a place of authenticity and personal leadership. How do you perceive your environment? And in which ways do you still subconsciously engage in ‘self-protective’ behavior and how is it serving you?

The motto that applies: if you start to look, you can learn to see. We work on increasing your level of awareness so that you get better at seeing what it is that you need at moments when your ego threatens to take over and weaken your connection with yourself.

The better you can help yourself to see old patterns and let go of them, the more you will experience being in touch with your true inner strength and your authentic voice. Both on stage and next to it.
After all: All the world is a stage.

Our Approach

In Next Level coaching, we rely on various techniques, all designed to support one ultimate process: creating greater self-insight.

In the areas where self-insight emerges, space is also created for making other choices in response to your environment. As well as space to consciously choose your words and how you want to express your story when standing in front of an audience.

The techniques and exercises that we implement are based on a combination of the ‘Inzicht-methode’ (‘Insight Method’), Voice Dialogue, RET, NLP, body awareness, working with core values, core qualities and non-duality thinking.

In an intake conversation (by phone), we will determine the purpose of your coaching and if the Next Level coaching is suitable for you. After that, we will discuss the desired approach for you with regards to the number and frequency of coaching sessions. We will always start off by scheduling the first 2 sessions and will then have a look at how you want to proceed, depending on your individual process and tempo.
